Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been successfully completed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If an order is placed during weekends or holidays, processing will begin on the next business day.

In cases of severe weather, transportation disruptions, high order volume, or other unforeseen circumstances, shipping and delivery may be delayed until conditions return to normal.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is approximately 30–45 business days depending on your location and local carrier operations.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.


Shipping Fees

  • Orders with a subtotal of over $40 USD qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Oversized or heavy items may require additional shipping charges based on weight and dimensions.
  • Large or heavy items are not eligible for the free shipping offer above $40 USD.

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be generated and sent to you by email.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost during transit or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
